Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities of the underlying index. The underlying index, as presently constituted, is designed to track the performance of U.S. listed and domiciled companies within the S&P 500ÂŽ Index that generate at least 50% of their revenues from the United State. The fund is non-diversified.
