The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P AMT-Free Municipal Series Callable-Adjusted 2034 IndexTM. The underlying index includes municipal bonds from issuers that are U.S. state, federal district (the District of Columbia), or local government or agency such that the interest on the bonds is exempt from U.S. federal income taxes and the federal alternative minimum tax (“AMT”). It is non-diversified.
