About Invesco Galaxy Solana ETF
In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Trust will hold SOL and will seek to stake substantially all of its SOL to earn staking rewards to the extent the Trust, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, can engage in staking without undue legal or regulatory risk, including jeopardizing its status as a grantor trust for U.S. federal income tax purposes (the “Staking Condition”).
