The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (βETFβ) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in exchange-traded equity securities of U.S. companies that are led by a female Chief Executive Officer. The fund primarily invests in components of the Hypatia Women CEO Index (the βindexβ). The index tracks the performance of exchange-traded equity securities of U.S. companies that have market capitalizations of at least $500 million and are led by a female Chief Executive Officer.
